Today the Outer Banks Bassmasters had it's first tournament on the Scuppernong River. It took 15 pounds to win and I had 12 +. My partner, Cleve caught the lunker for the tournament with a fish that was over 6 pounds. I also caught a couple nice rockfish. We also saw a small bear eating tree buds.
