Outer Banks Bass Fishing

July 28, 2015

Today I had a half day trip with Ryan and Chris from Pennsylvania.  Last year when we fished North River was stingy and hard on us, but this year Ryan and Chris caught fish most of the day.  Topwater started a little slow and the soft plastics came through for us the rest of the day.  Thanks guys for a fun day and I'm glad you caught them this year.

Outer Banks Bass Fishing

July 20, 2015

Today Judd and I fished North River.  On the way out we ran up on a replica old sailing ship.  Since North River is on the Intracoastal Waterway you see many different crafts on the water.  The was a awesome site!!  The day was a very hot day but the fish were biting, but you had to fish slow with soft plastics.  We caught a bunch of small fish and a nice one mixed in here and there.  Judd ended the day with a nice North River Hammer.  It's HOT but the fish are biting!!!!

Outer Banks Bass Fishing

Today I fished with Jason from Florida.  Just like yesterday the early morning bite was very slow.  We made a couple moves and switched soft plastics and Jason started catching them.  Thanks Jason for a very enjoyable day!
